PURCHASE PROCESS
Step One:
Visit our available pet profile. We have numerous parrots with great temperaments which matches your desired choice. Inquire the parrot of your choice and contact us either by phone call or email but due to the high demand of our parrots, we always advice our costumers to place their orders and reserve your chosen parrot and stay on the safe side of owning the parrot.
Pay for your parrot or contact us for reservation (50% deposit is required to reserve a parrot). We accept Bank Transfer & Zelle on all orders. Contact our costumer care team for your purchase receipt. If you are paying via zelle transfer, a deposit in the amount of $250 is required to place the parrot on hold. The deposit is only valid for 30 days.
Step Three:
Sign our purchase contract agreement. After a successful order, one of our team member will contact you by email with a Purchase Agreement and Ownership Transfer certificate within 1 – 2 days as we will have to update the parrot’s health Certificate with our license VET to confirm your parrot’s health status before delivery.
Each parrot will be taken to our certified vet by us to get his/her recent health examination. A health certificate is required for travel (this will normally take 24 hours from the date of purchase) and after the health examination, your delivery will commence immediately or a date will be scheduled ( same with pick up).
Step Five:
Once shipping arrangements has been made (Nanny services are available for $150 for buyers in the US and $250 for buyers in Canada and may cost more for buyers out of the US and CA), full payment is required to be cleared prior to delivering your parrot.
Generally, a parrot will be delivered within 1 to 2 days maxs from the date of purchase but may also depend on the flight nanny delivery schedule. We have the right to hold a parrot for longer than estimated delivery date if we feel the parrot is not ready to go and cancellation will be accepted. We have a cancellation policy, please understand that after payment has been made, payment is REFUNDABLE only on a good reason.
Step Seven:
One of our caring and competent in flight nannies will take the utmost care of your parrot from our store up all the way to your delivery address or pick up location on a constant communication with the new owner. Please note you are on their schedules. So remember to be understanding of their time frames.
